Portraits with Madi

This is Madi. I have the pleasure of being the photographer for Madi’s Quinceañera. For those who don’t know what a Quinceañera is, it’s a “coming of age” ceremony celebrated by Latin Americans on a girls fifteenth birthday. It has much of the same pomp and circumstance of a typical wedding. I’m really looking forward to shooting it and witnessing a Quinceañera first hand. I did a portrait shoot with Madi to get some images to be used on her invitations. Here are some of my favorites.

Thomas, awesome photos as usual. I love how you capture her young beauty and fun attitude. I think the last image is my fave. Being from OC, and specifically Santa Ana (90% Mexican community) I’ve had my share of 15ras. They are super fun :)

Love this set! You captured her girliness so well in the blue toes and some of her giggly expressions. And the white dress one provides a glimpse into her grown-up self. Beautiful!
