Ok… I didn’t get lit on fire, but it was close. There was a guest to my left that caught his foot on fire. Ha! This was a little bit scary, but a lot of fun. The whole time the bride and groom were coming at me, there were guests getting dangerously close to me with sparklers. I kept yelling out loud, “Don’t light the photographer on fire!” Here’s a serious tip, the easy light paper wrapped sparklers make a lot of smoke. It can be a cool look or it can be a disaster. It worked well at this wedding.

Wow! Dying to see the rest now!
So great !! Can’t wait to see more !!
Haha, if ever there was a photographer who let himself be lit on fire for the sake of an amazing shot, it would be you, Thomas- this we all know! XD
I LOVE the smoke. And well done for staying out of harm’s way!
haha nice work, Thomas! I can be annoying when guests light you on fire.
Ha! That is pretty epic. Well done good sir
fire bad. this photo. good.
This shot is RED HOT amazing!
Awesome moment caught. Love how you can see the B&G through all the smoke. The bride looks a little nervous about the whole thing, but the groom seems to be loving it.
Glad you didn’t get burned. These things can easily go wrong if not coordinated correctly. Add alcohol in the mix and you got a recipe for disaster.
We recently had two weddings with INDOOR fireworks. Scary stuff!
love the smoke! i have to try this!
